Returns Policy

  1. Any claim by you for goods that are unwanted, we will refund your payment (minus a 15% handling fee + delivery charges) subject to:

(a) You despatching such goods back to us, at your cost and with proof of posting, within 14 days of you receiving delivery.

(b) Our receiving the goods back unused and in undamaged condition.

  1. Any claim by you for goods that fail to correspond with the description on this website can be returned for a repayment up to 14 days after the receipt of the goods subject to:

(a) You being present at the time of collection by our courier.

(b) Our receiving the goods back unused and in undamaged condition.

  1. Any claim by you for goods that are defective or not of satisfactory quality can be returned for a repayment or replacement of goods in question free of charge subject to:

(a) Notifying us by e-mail within 14 days from the date of delivery or, where this was not apparent on reasonable inspection within 30 days after despatch by us.

(b) You being present at the time of collection by our courier.

  1. You can cancel or change any of your current orders prior to dispatch by contacting us at sales@ukshelving.co.uk

Note: Products that have been made with bespoke requirements e.g. a non-standard size are non-returnable. However, this does not impact your statutory rights where goods are defective or not of satisfactory quality.

  • All refunds are processed within 14 days of Uk Shelving receiving checked goods.
