Modular Shadow Board Panel

These Shadow Boards are the first modular 5S-compliant shadow boards, designed to eliminate the time and cost of custom board production. This clever modular system lets you mix and match standard boards that cover all aspects of the 5S Lean process. Easy to install, transport, and store, these boards work individually or as a complete system.

Key Features:

• Information Board – A general information board for 5S and Lean management with an A3 black frame for your own insert.
• Notice Board – A notice board consisting of 4 black frames for your own A4 inserts.
• Magnetic Easy Wipe Board – Blank with a magnetic and dry wipe write on surface.
• Cleaning Board Dry – For dry cleaning, consisting of a black dustpan and brush.
• Cleaning Board Wet – Consists of a centre pull dispenser and space for a cleaner bottle of your choice (paper towels and cleaner bottle not included).
• Cleaning Board XL – Two 750 x 750 boards with a mop, brush, bucket, blank ‘A’ frame floor sign with an A5 black frame for your own wet floor insert
• First Aid Board – Consists of a medium first aid kit (with contents FOR 11-20 people) and an A4 black frame for your own first aid insert.
• Eyewash and Accident Board – Consists of a Eyewash station with mirror and 2 small kits one for burns and one for bio-hazard Eyewash kits include 2 Eyewash Bottles, 500ml, 2 Sterile Eye Dressings, and 8 Eyewash Pods, 20ml, Burns kit contains Burn Stop burn dressings which are sterile gel impregnated dressings. Biohazard kits contain disinfectant spray, Disposable Clean Up Packs and absorbent granules with deodoriser.
• Fire Safety Board – Supplied with a 1 kilo powder fire extinguisher, fire blanket and battery operated fire alarm.
• Sanitising Board – Alcohol hand gel dispenser and alcohol-free light-duty sanitising wipes
• Mask & Glove Dispenser – Empty face mask box and a glove dispenser
