A heavy-duty and cost-effective way to expand your pallet racking system. Designed to connect directly to a starter bay, it delivers the same outstanding strength, safety, and flexibility without the need for duplicate frames.

Manufactured from industrial-grade steel and tested to FEM standards, it is also fully compliant with EN 15512, EN 15620, EN 15629, and EN 15635. Uprights are finished with a cataphoresis anti-corrosion coating, ensuring long-term durability even in demanding environments. The beams are fitted with integrated safety locking pins, preventing accidental dislodgement and providing secure storage for palletised loads.

With a load capacity of up to 3300kg UDL per level, this extension bay is ideal for heavy-duty warehouse applications. Uprights are slotted every 50mm, allowing beam levels to be adjusted to suit different pallet sizes and storage requirements. To enhance load support and versatility, the system can be fitted with timber decking, pallet support beams, or wire decking.
