About the project
The client needed longspan shelving installed in both the front and back end of the store with 1 pallet racking bay.
The Challenge
The client required an efficient storage solution across both their shopfront and back-room areas, each with different operational demands.
The goal was to maximise available space while accommodating a wide range of stock sizes and weights, all within a live working environment and without disrupting day-to-day operations.
The Solution
We designed and installed a bespoke longspan shelving and pallet racking system tailored to each area of the site.
The shopfront was fitted with 27 bays of longspan shelving, configured in varying widths, heights and shelf levels to optimise product display and accessibility. The back-room storage area was equipped with 13 bays of longspan shelving alongside one pallet racking bay, providing a robust solution for heavier and bulkier items.
Installation was completed over two days by a SEMA-trained team, following a full RAMS process to ensure a safe, efficient and fully compliant installation.
