- Control individual radiators to regulate heating within the home
- Must be used in conjunction with the MiHome Gateway (724504) – each valve can be programmed by time & temperature, heating only the rooms specified, at a temperature that can be individually controlled
- Easy to fit to existing TRV body – just unscrew the existing TRV head & replace (no plumber required)
- Unlike existing TRV radiator thermostats, these work in conjunction with the MiHome app & are compatible with the NEST thermostat, meaning the temperature can be controlled remotely or radiators can be turned off from anywhere in the world
- These radiator valves also work with geofencing technology – set a program to turn a specific radiator on when someone is near to home, or automatically turn off heating in rooms that aren’t being used
- Works with IFTTT (If This Then That) – for example, if the weather is warmer than expected, MiHome could automatically turn down radiators when linked with a weather app. Link these to other applications such as Outlook and MiHome could automatically adjust the heating when a meeting is scheduled at home, or link with a smartphone to turn down the heating when people are asleep
- Monitors current temperature and energy usage – see in real time how much energy is being used and where potential savings could be made
