Longspan Additional Levels

Designed to expand your current longspan shelving system. Supplied with a pair of heavy-duty Orange beams and a choice of either a chipboard sheet or galvanised steel trays, it provides a flexible and robust way to add additional storage levels to your existing bays.

Installation is quick and simple thanks to the boltless design – just slot the beams into the upright frames, secure with the supplied safety locking pins, and fit the decking. Fully compatible with Mecalux frames and accessories. Manufactured to the latest FEM standards for safety and reliability.

Each level is rated at up to 800kg UDL, making it suitable for bulky goods, cartons, boxes, or heavy-duty stock. The chipboard option offers a cost-effective and durable surface for general warehouse use, while the galvanised tray option provides a corrosion-resistant, hygienic finish – ideal for freezer rooms, cold stores, food, or pharmaceutical storage.
