This project involved the installation of a custom pallet racking system within a rural storage facility. The solution was designed to make the best use of the available space while ensuring clear access routes, safe operation and a professional finish, all delivered within a tight installation timeframe.

The client required a new pallet racking system to be installed within a storage space to support their growing storage needs.
The challenge was to create a layout that maximised available space while allowing clear access routes between racking runs, all delivered within a tight one-day installation window and in line with health and safety requirements
The Solution
We designed and installed a pallet racking solution tailored to the layout of the space and the clients operational needs.
The installation consisted of 26 bays of pallet racking, arranged into two seven-bay runs and one back-to-back run, creating a practical and efficient storage layout. Adequate spacing was built into the design to allow safe movement and easy access throughout the area.
The system was installed by an experienced team using specialist access equipment, ensuring the work was completed efficiently and safely within a single day
